Our Mission & Purpose

At Curated Assistance, our mission is to provide executive-level administrative support to small and mid-sized organizations, as well as busy entrepreneurs. We offer a range of services, including managing email and calendars, scheduling appointments, booking travel, managing documents, and other administrative tasks that consume valuable time. Our goal is to be your trusted partner in managing these tasks efficiently and effectively so that you can concentrate on growing your business and achieving some work-life balance.

Meet the Team

My name is Daleska Siroki and I am the founder of Curated Assistance. With seven years of professional administrative support experience, I offer a unique blend of skills and expertise to help businesses streamline their operations and attain their goals. As a former Executive Assistant for Chief Level Executives at national organizations I have developed a proven track record of being a connector and gatekeeper of information. I have a Bachelors degree in Dietetic Sciences and a Diploma in Interior Design. When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and pup at the beach, traveling, and exploring Tampa's flourishing restaurant scene.

Julian Gonzales has an 18-year career in the Restaurant Hospitality and AV Project Management industries. Julian earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from New Mexico State University. He was recognized for his leadership and success when he became the general manager of the most profitable restaurants in Las Cruces, NM. He possesses exceptional organizational skills in management, creating meaningful connections with stakeholders, and excelling in sales. He brings a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to Curated Assistance.
